This “triplex” apartment is extremely well situated, being in the central Plaza de Andalucia which is the area where the main lifts are located together with the majority of shops, bars and restaurants.
The apartment is on the second floor, with lift access from the ground floor. It offers a comfortable living environment of around 60m², with the great advantage of having three bedrooms and two bath/shower-rooms. With a maximum occupancy of seven people this is a highly functional place to stay for larger families/parties, permitting all the guests to have a bedroom without the need for anyone to stay on a sofa-bed in the living room.
There are two double bedrooms, each with a double bed, whilst the third bedroom has a bunk bed plus a separate single foldaway bed. There is one full bathroom with bath tub whilst the other bathroom has a shower cubicle instead.
Although ideal for larger families, please bear in mind that the stairwells between floors are narrow and quite steep for small children or people with mobility difficulties.
