Description
This smart duplex is a rarity in Sierra Nevada, especially for its size and sleeping capacity for up to 10 people.
There are four bedrooms in total: two have a double bed whilst the other two each have a double bed with a single bunk above it. Also very convenient are the four bathrooms that cater very well for numerous occupants!
The open plan living and dining area is spacious, light and homely. The functional kitchen, complete with dishwasher, is equally bright with plenty of windows. The apartment has a great terrace offering spectacular views up to the ski slopes and also westwards for some stunning sunset scenes.
The duplex is located about 600m up from the mid-stop of the Parador chairlift that takes you down to the central squares and the gondolas for access to the pistes. As well as this, the “Maribel” piste is about the same distance away, where blue-run skiers/boarders may prefer to ski to and from each day.
There is also a parking space available within the same building, subject to request on booking, at additional cost.
Pets may be permitted upon prior request only and subject to a small fee.
