This apartment is fantastically located, being in the central Plaza de Andalucia with all the main amenities close by, including the lifts up to the ski area.

This second floor duplex offers a comfortable living environment of 60m², with the great advantage of having three bedrooms and two bathrooms (one with bath tub and the other with a shower cubicle). With a maximum occupancy of six people, this lovely duplex apartment provides all the guests with a bedroom without the need for anyone to stay on a sofa-bed in the living room (as is typical in Sierra Nevada for groups of six). However, there is a double sofa bed in the lounge if one or two of the guests prefer to use this instead of the converted attic which is the third bedroom.

The master bedroom has a double bed and great views, whilst the second bedroom has two singles. A set of steep steps leads from the second bedroom into the loft room where there are two single beds catering for the 5th and 6th guests. If only one guest is using this room then one of the beds slides underneath the other to allow more space. Note that this attic bedroom does not have a door, just a security gate. This cosy room has a sloped ceiling, so may be preferable for children as opposed to adults (though the steep steps up to this room may not be suitable for very young children). However, there is sufficient head-height in part of the room to be usable by adults as well.

The kitchen forms part of the main living area but can be closed off with folding doors. The dining/living area is comfortable and relatively spacious with the small quirk being that the table for dining is set with the sofa and armchairs as opposed to having a separate dining table and chairs. An added bonus of a small balcony leads off from this area.

This is an ideal option for larger families although please bear in mind that the stairwells are narrow and quite steep for small children or people with mobility difficulties. Ski lockers are provided just as you enter the building.
