Description
This apartment is in a great location in the mid zone. It is also close to the nightlife area of the resort without being affected by noise and other disturbances. Also nearby is the mid-stop of the Parador chairlift which takes just four minutes to drop down to the central squares area of the lower zone, where the main lifts up to the slopes are found as well as the majority of shops and restaurants.
Those skiers of lower-intermediate level or above (not complete beginners), also have the option of using the nearby “Maribel” piste which allows you to ski down to the gondolas and central squares. At the end of the day´s skiing, those competent enough to ski blue runs will also be able to ski back without the need to take the chairlift.
The sleeping arrangement in this comfortable apartment is a double bed (135cms) in the master bedroom. The second bedroom has a small double bed (115cms) which can sleep two people although may be considered tight by some for two adults. In the third bedroom there are two sets of bunk beds*. The living area is spacious, bright and comfy. There is only one shower-room which may be considered as limited when using the apartments to their full occupancy but there is also a separate WC with washbasin. The kitchen is offset from the living area and equipped with a large fridge-freezer and 4 ring vitro hob.
Apart from the apartment having it’s own parking slot included (in the neighbouring building), there is also a washing machine.
*The upper bunks may not have safety rails!
