This apartment is located in a prime position in the mid-zone. It is close to the mid-stop of the Parador chairlift (about 100 metres away) which takes just four minutes to go down to the lower zone where the main lifts up to the slopes are located together with the majority of shops and restaurants. In addition the Maribel piste is close by, which enables those able to ski a blue run to ski down to the central square and the gondolas for access to the main pistes, and to practically ski back to the door at the end of the day. In the vicinity are a couple of convenience stores and some good restaurants and 500 metres down the road is the main night-life scene for the party animals.
The apartment is bright and spacious with bunk beds in both bedrooms (4 people in one room and two in the other) The living area is open plan incorporating dining and kitchen zones. The kitchenette is compact but functionally well fitted and has the rare feature of a large fridge-freezer. The bathroom comes with shower cubicle, WC and basin.
Designated street parking areas are available nearby* although it is possible to drive up to the apartment block itself for offloading on arrival.
*During busy periods, these areas can fill up quickly and it may be necessary to park further away once unloaded.
