The accommodation is conveniently located about 250 metres above the central squares, which is the area where the main lifts up to the slopes are located together with the majority of shops, bars and restaurants. It is also directly above what is arguably the best Italian restaurant in the resort, “Pizzeria Floren”. The main nightlife area is also close by although there is no direct disturbance from the bars and pubs in the accommodation.
The 4 bedrooms are distributed as follows: 2 bedrooms with double bed (2 people in each); 1 bedroom with two sets of bunk beds (4 people); 1 single room with a small bed more appropriate for a child (1 person); 1 large sofa bed in the lounge suitable for sleeping 1 extra person.
There are two fully equipped showers rooms with spacious walk-in showers.
The living area is open plan with a spacious lounge area with sofas, large 50” LED SmartTV and a pellet burner. The dining area is set aside the lounge but within the same general living space. Windows line most of the exterior walls of the living area thereby offering a very light and warming atmosphere. The apartment orientation is roughly southwest with views lending out across the lower ski slopes and further around westwards towards Granada.
The kitchen is separate from the living area but with a large, handy and effective hatch to be able to pass plates, food and other crockery through to the living area with greater ease. Fully equipped, the kitchen has a large fridge-freezer, oven, dishwasher, vitro ceramic cooking hob, microwave and Nespresso coffee maker.
More expense has gone into the furnishings of this apartment than a high percentage of Sierra Nevada rental options to appeal to a clientele who prefer a greater element of quality to their self-catering option rather than it simply being a sleeping base. On arrival, all occupants will be provided with their own paper slippers, shower gel and shampoo.
