This apartment is in a fantastic location – right next to the Pradollano square and just a few paces from the Borreguiles gondola (one of the main lifts up to the ski area). All the main shops, bars and restaurants are also in the vicinity, including the popular “Crescendo” bar which is just opposite the apartment building.
The apartment is on the first floor and benefits from lift access. The apartment has been modernised and offers practical and comfortable lodgings in a clean and bright environment.
A bedroom has been created in an area of what used to be the balcony overlooking the village and lower slopes. Here there is a single bed with a second pull-out single bed underneath. A second sleeping area has a double bed. This is in part of the entry lobby and has a set of sliding doors as if it were a wardrobe, so there is only a small space on one side of the bed and no storage room. In the open plan living area there is a double sofa-bed.
The kitchen is equipped with all the basics for self-catering, and the bathroom has a bathtub with shower over.
