Description

The apartment building is set directly above Sierra Nevada’s main nightlife scene, making it a potentially noisy place to be at night, particularly during peak periods. The midstop of the Parador chairlift is close by, which takes you down to the lower zone where the main lifts up to the slopes are located.
From an aesthetic perspective, the apartment building itself is tired and well in need of general maintenance in many of the stairwells and corridors. The apartments themselves offer no luxuries to speak of, but have had some attention spent on sprucing them up a little with new front doors, repainted walls, new bunk beds and mattresses etc. They are still, however, very much a practical option for somewhere to sleep where the prime focus of your trip is to spend as much time out and about and on the slopes! All the essentials are provided in a basic, no frills fashion.
These apartments typically have one large bedroom with two sets of bunk beds, and twin beds in the second bedroom. Both bedrooms have their own wardrobe. In the lounge there are two additional single beds (one that pulls out from beneath the other).
A narrow but separate kitchen offers practical workspace and basic cooking facilities. There is a full shower-room with WC and washbasin plus an additional full bathroom with bathtub and shower attachment, WC and washbasin. The apartments on the first floor all have a spacious balcony leading off from the living area. There are no balconies on any other floor.
These apartments are essentially recommended for the younger market where budget is very much the key element over and above any form of luxury and/or comfort value.
Interior parking in a nearby building is usually available subject to request at time of booking, at a cost of 15€ per day.
