Situated next to the Hotel Kenia Nevada, this apartment is up just two flights of stairs from the central squares of the village. This is the area where the main lifts up to the ski slopes are located together with the majority of shops and restaurants.
Depending on the snow conditions, the lower section of the “Aguila” piste (advanced skiers only!) can be accessed from the corner of the road outside the building.
The apartment has rustic-style furnishings and attractive parquet wooden flooring in the living area. The carpeted bedroom is roomy and bright and has a double bed. The original balcony space has been incorporated into the living area and contains a bunk bed that folds down onto itself when only one person needs it. This area can be sectioned off from the rest of the lounge with a curtain division. There is also a double sofa-bed in the lounge. A maximum of five guests are permitted.
The kitchenette is equipped with the necessary basics for self-catering, and there is one bathroom.
An added bonus is the communal swimming pool located on the top floor of the building which is available for the use of guests. It opens from Christmas and the opening hours are displayed in the building and may vary from season to season or even during specific periods within the season. Please note that whilst the pool should always be open, we cannot guarantee 100% that it will be open during your visit in case of any maintenance issues.
This warm apartment offers a parking space within the same building and with direct lift access (subject to request on booking at additional cost).
