We are very aware that many of our clients are still awaiting reimbursements for the non-use of your lift passes as a result of either lift closure or other incidents. The lift pass company (Cetursa S.A.) has still yet to confirm and authorise these to us.
Understandably this is extremely frustrating to our clients, and especially where in some cases, the waiting time has exceed 3-4 months since your visit. Unfortunately our hands are tied to their protocols and work rhythmn but we would like to reassure you that we still make regular checks with the lift pass company for any possible updates and as soon as we receive their written confirmations on the amounts owed to you, we will make immediate contact with you!
